Celebrated International Peace Day together with close to 1000 people!

International Peace Day Concert 2013

held on Saturday, September 21st, at 7:00p.m.

at the Verizon Hall

Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, Philadelphia

  A history-making event featuring young virtuosos from around the world! 

"Peace and Unity through Music for a global day of nonviolence" 

On the Peace Day this year, Harmony For Peace was able to celebrate and promote unity through music for non-violence together with our participating regional and international young artists calling for world peace along with over 800 guests in the audience.  "Peace and Unity Through Music" Play together for peace on the Peace Day, September 21, 2013.

International Day of Peace is a day of global ceasefire and non-violence with a cessation of hostilities for the day. For 2013, the United Nations theme for this effort is “Education for Peace” which champions education that focuses on teaching youth to have mutual respect for others, the world we live in, and to help create a fairer, inclusive, and peaceful society.
