Paul Shaw

Jamaican pianist Paul Shaw is a multi-awarded virtuoso who has been acclaimed by audiences and critics like in Asia, Europe and the Americas. A child prodigy and top prize-winner in the 1988 William Kapell International Piano Competition and the 1986 Young Concert Artists International Auditions, Mr. Shaw has performed at prestigious concert halls including Lincoln Center in New York; the Kennedy Center and the Hall of the Americas in Washington, D.C.; and Beethovenhalle in Bonn, Germany. A dedicated mentor with three degrees conferred by the Juilliard School, he has conducted lectures and master classes across the United States and abroad, and participated in outreach programs under the auspices of the Lincoln Center and Van Cliburn Institutes.

Paul Shaw will accompany Featured Artists: Yunhong Zhao and Philip Zawisza.
